Has anyone had anything like this before? 38+ it just appeared overnight but idk if it’s pregnancy related

Yes, I had a rash that looked just like that but it was in the first trimester and second trimester. Apparently it’s normal to have random and unexplained rashes during pregnancy, at least that’s what my OB said😞
