My lil one born Nov 17th has hairy ears. She was born 7 weeks early.

Normal. My son was full term but he had the hair on his ears too. My mom said that all 3 of us had it on our ears when we were born too, which was 42, 42, & 39 week births. We’re also half Spanish. My dad still has it on his ears to this day lol.
