PPD Treatment?

Those who have been diagnosed, or those who are knowledgeable on the subject, what were your options for treatment?

Medication and therapy. I took all options available but it still took almost a year for me to feel “back to normal”

Just like any mental health issue, medication and/or therapy are the main options. There are of course different types and combinations of meds and therapies that work better for some people than others. Talk to your OB or midwife and see what they recommend based on your symptoms. PPD is quite treatable.
