I am 11 dpo today and I started to get random (like evening time) sharp cramping in my left ovary like when I would sit, stand or walk I got sharp pains. Then I started getting light cramping in my lower abdomen and then it moved to my right ovary area. All around that area and my lower back is achy and crampy. Only thing is I have sharp stabbing on and off pains in both sides of ovaries. Is this or could be implantation? I have never had this happen before and I do have PCOS but I legit never had this before and I’m just really tired and not in the mood to do anything. Is this a sign? I have taken tests but are negative and I haven’t spotted yet but I have been having stomach pains and diarrhea.. so idk. Implantation? Period? Cysts? Or pcos??
