How can you tell if your nearly 1 year old is showing signs of early autism or if it’s just their normal development?

My baby will be 1 in two weeks and I’ve noticed a few behaviors that I don’t know if I should be worried about.

Behaviors:

1. Likes to bounce when standing

2. Likes to hit the wall, crib, high chair

3. Likes to spin wheels or balls instead of playing with them

He does make eye contact and is very smiley and loves to laugh. I’m not sure if I’m being to critical as this is my first child. Or if I should be concerned. We have our 1 year wellness visit at the end of January and I’m killing myself with the nerves I have about this.
