Getting more energy
Any tips for getting more energy… I know it’s temporary but this has been a very challenging pregnancy so far and I feel like I’m falling behind on everything. I can’t drink monsters like I used to, I can’t drink coffee (just the smell makes me want to vomit), and I just constantly am feeling exhausted. I’m a SAHM of 3 kids 5 and under. I know I don’t get as much sleep (6-7hrs) usually because of having to get up early for a few kids I babysit out of my home. I am really struggling lately with getting housework done and just doing stuff I usually would do with my kids. Anyone have anything they recommend to help boost my energy…? Or that they have done that has helped?
