This is our 3rd baby and she is measuring 34 weeks and I am 36 weeks tomorrow. We had an ultrasound today and the tech said she was measuring 5lbs and 3oz and in the 13th percentile so smaller than normal. I am scheduled for a non stress test on Monday but am stressing out for some reason. Trying not to but on the after visit report they stated poor fetal growth. The technician also mentioned I don’t have a lot of amniotic fluid. I asked if I had enough or if everything was ok and she said I have enough just not a lot so baby doesn’t have a ton of room. My OB said not to worry too much as the measurements are just an estimate and to only start to worry if there’s a decrease in fetal movement. I don’t really know what I’m asking I guess if anyone has had any similar experiences or am I stressing for no reason? Our first was born at 38 weeks and was 7 even. Our second was 8.11. I am anemic during pregnancy but no gestational diabetes or high blood pressure thus far. I think I’m just more nervous as this is our first after a miscarriage and I’m just coming to the worst outcomes in my head.
