Grandparents don’t accept boundaries
We have are teaching our kids boundaries and when our 4 1/2 daughter sees my parents once in a blue moon, she feels uncomfortable. They grab her for hugs and kisses even if she walks passed them in the room. She feels unsafe and needs me or my husband very close. My parents feel entitled and rejected, my mother sometimes throws jabs at me of spoiling them, even suggested I should watch Super Nanny. This for me makes me question my parenting style and feel like I’m failing. My husband says we are doing fine. Why does this affect me so much?
