My son hurt this girl's feelings and I don't think he met to but I know he did. He has autism so he is brutally honest. He's turning 18 and one of my friend's daughters has a crush on him. She is going through that not like other girls phase and could tell was trying to impress my son.

She was talking about how she doesn't have female friends because she's into guy stuff like video games. She starts talking about girls at their school and how one girl is always caked in makeup and looks fake. Stupid high school drama that I'm happy to be out of.

My son said, "Do you think other girls don't like you because you aren't very nice?" She got really upset and my friend said she needed to be humbled and not to worry about it. I know my son didn't mean to hurt her feelings but I can tell he did.

Should I ask him to apologize?
