I know it’s 3 higher temps then previous 6.. but is it the dip before the rise or the first rise? I tested with OPK twice a day (mid morning and 8pm) leading up to ovulation day and first positive OPK was on the morning of the day of the dip before the rise. Which fertility friend says is O day? I thought ovulation was 24-48hrs after first positive OPK. Can you ovulate the same day as your first positive OPK?
