Terrified to do anything 😵‍💫.On pelvic rest. Just scared. Anyone else have subchorionic hematoma?😅

Me! I have had a few bleeding episodes. At 8 weeks I bled three large clots the size of quarters. I’m now 11 weeks and just saw baby kicking yesterday. I’ve taken pelvic rest very seriously and also limited activity when possible. 
Try not to panic too much if you see any bleeding! It’s so so scary but doesn’t always mean the worst!

Yep! My OB said not to worry unless it doesn’t go away on its own, and we’ll be checking again in a month at my next appt

Yep my last 2 pregnancies I had one and this pregnancy also. 
It’s shrinking now but I also was petrified to go anywhere or do anything!

I had one with my son and it was fine and Iv got another one just now, and going for a follow up scan tomorrow as Iv had a gush on blood (no pain though) so just to check it’s away and baby is still growing ok. 
I wasn’t on rest for either of mines, but I think it very much depends on the placement and size of them. 
Hopefully yours dries up on its own quickly for you

I have one as well! Found it around 6 weeks. Ill have an ultrasound next week at 11 weeks to see if it got any.better. i havent had any bleeding. But they.did put me on pelvic rest. I havent had any pain or anything either

I had one with my daughter in the beginning that resolved by 8 weeks. I was even in a head on car accident 5 weeks pregnant (and bleeding from the SCH) and she was just fine! Just rest and drink lots of fluid and you should be just fine!

I do! Found it around 5-6 week. Got put on pelvic rest & weekly ultrasounds to keep an eye on it. At my last appointment it was smaller so doc said stay on pelvic rest but I can come back in a month now. Only have had random pink spotting that was the amplest amount a handful of times randomly & some after my pelvic exam at the office. Otherwise all has been well & happy it’s shrinking, I’m almost 10 weeks now.

Anyone else have SCH?
