What diaper is the best diaper for a crawling baby?

My daughter gets like cuts from her diapers I’ve changed sizes and diapers and they all leave her a mark on her upper legs. What diapers do you mamas suggest? Thank you

We use huggies little movers. Our kids were both very very allergic to most other diaper brands and out the few that worked they were the go to since I can buy them everywhere and they are cheqper than the others that didn't bother them. Never had any issues fit wise, leak wise or anything and they have always been comfortable in them
