I’m shock

This was my first month trying after a 16 week loss that caused so much trauma 3 years ago. It took 3 years for me to conceive my first son 5 years ago. I feel so sick im so in shock. Im so great full and I know I am so lucky but it’s such a shock, I always thought it would take me a long time to conceive
