Pls help! I'm 13 weeks pregnant, and my sinuses are killing me. Coughing, sneezing, congestion, runny nose, headache... I've been taking Benadryl,it helps. Some. But it makes me soooo sleepy. (as if I don't have sleepy problems enough as it is lol) is there ANYTHING ELSE I can take to help? I'm pretty sure it's just a sinus infection. Tho I honestly feel like royal dung. I've also been taking Tylenol for the pain. (not just from sinuses but other pain too) I'm at a loss rn. I'm also starting to lose my voice 🙄 this just sucks. I do plan on talking to my nurse about it if I'm still feeling like this Monday.
