The first thing you need to do is call your OB. They will tell you what to get. Mine made me go to urgent care to get tested for the flu first before advising me on medication.

Only certain ones are okay. Message your provider for the list. I can't remember what I took when I was pregnant, but I know I had to read the ingredient lists carefully.

They told me robitussin cough for a cough but for body aches etc just tylenol no more then 4,000mg a day. If you take excedrin only use half the recommended dose

I use hylands kids cough syrups when I’m pregnant/breastfeeding. They are homeopathic and fine to take.
