Hi! So as the title goes I need a bit of help seeing if I would be wrong to take my babies father to court.

My babies father is a very nice-ish at times rude and hard headed but he’s mostly nice. I want to take him to court for full custody and supervised visits in “his” home with his family.

I am still pregnant 27 weeks and his family that he lives with have made very concerning comments about me and my soon to be son. Comments along the lines of “anytime (baby father) says we will cut you open before your about to give birth and take the baby out and hide your body” as well as “he got a random girl pregnant.”

Now see I am 17 years old these comments very much concern me as they are serious because they were in a LOT of things with dangerous people and said that if I contact the law they have a lot of people in there they know and will get away with it.

My babies father is a fraternal twin but his twin brother has said he wants to unalive people and unalive their father. It got so bad that we had to take all guns out of their house before.

Would I be wrong to go to court for full custody and try to have supervised visits in the home when my son does go over?
