Has anyone dealt with very low bp during pregnancy?

I typically have average 120/80bp. Since being pregnant my bp stays about 100/60 and sometimes drops very suddenly, today was 77/50ish. When my bc drops i get a headache and really dizzy and have to sit down for about 20 to 30 minutes

I typically have pretty low blood pressure but during pregnancy it does get even lower than normal. Sometimes I get really lightheaded and need to sit down. My doctor just said to make sure I’m drinking extra water and making sure to eat smaller and more consistent meals and snacks to help with any dizziness.
