Hi everyone, I recently have stopped my birth control. I started on the bar for over 12 months, than switched to the pill ( a very high dosage) for about 3 years, and than had the iud put in for just over a month. I had to get it removed as it was stuck. Anyways once I had it removed I had a period lasting 7 days. But ever since than i haven’t had one. I am about 4 days late according to the app. Should I be concerned? Or is my body just trying to regulate. Please help a stressed girl out 😅
