On Dec 21st I delivered my daughter at just 24 weeks. My water had broke a week and a half before and I ended up with a nasty and dangerous infection that almost killed is both. She was born via emergency C-section due to that.

She is estimated to be in the nicu for around 4-5 months given that she is still only 1lbs 8oz at 18 days old and the fact that she was born 16 week’s premature. I’m asking for you help!

I’m traveling back and forth everyday and having to leave my two other littles at home with a family member so that I can be at the nicu with sweet Aliyah. She has a grade 3 and a grade 4 brain bleed and a hole in her heart. They are saying she will most likely need transferred to a different hospital for brain surgery to get the blood and extra fluid build up to drain properly and hopefully save her life. They are also unsure at this time if she will need heart surgery to close the hole.

My husband and I are struggling! Both emotionally, physically and financially. We just brought our first daughter home last Feb. after she spent nearly 70 days in the nicu. Please consider helping with gas or food money or even help us out with some things off our registry.
