is this ovulation? I have pcos, started taking prenatals in the beginning of November, had a natural period without provera from December 19-23 (old blood spotting the whole time), negative pregnancy test. I’m cramping so bad in my ovaries with this kind of discharge since Friday.

It's fertile discharge but doesn't necessarily mean you're ovulating.

If your period your has 19-23rd December was only spotting and not a flow I wouldn’t class that as a period it was most likely low progesterone issue causing the spotting. 
Unfortunately cm can’t say if you are ovulating or not just if your cm is at the best for sperm to last in. Fertile cm can be seen at any stage in your cycle and not be ovulating. Have your spoken to your dr about ttc and pcos?
