Maca Root + Twins?

My cousin suggested I start taking Maca root to help with getting pregnant but she warned that it could possibly increase the chances of twins…Does anybody have any experience with maca and multiple pregnancies? Or just general knowledge of Maca root and fertility ?

I would be careful taking that. Its not for everyone. It really messed me up.

I use it in my smoothies every day and have fallen pregnant 3 times - no multiples though :)

Dedinitely not something you should just take willy nilly especially if you have regular cycles.
