Has anyone ever had uterine fibroids and the spotting stopped when they conceived??

Back story- I got a positive opk last month did the deed and after that I never spotted again. I was spotting daily before this. Now my period is supposed to start in 5 days but I’m believing God I’m prego. Dr just called me and last week I had labs done to check my hormones and she my progesterone is high and asked if there is any chance I’m pregnant. I usually run low…. I’m so excited! I had month prior been officially diagnosed with 2 very small fibroids in my uterus.
