There’s this thing around my belly button piercing that apeared after a year that I got it pierced. I keep going to piercing specialists but they all just say to clean it with saline solution, take it out every 2 weeks to clean it and use gentamicin. I’ve been doing all these for 3 months but it won’t get better. It’s ugly and it’s bothering me so much that I’m thinking about taking the piercing out and let it heal. The red spot is also painful. Has anyone had a similar experience? What should I do? Visit a dermatologist maybe?
