Can endo make you have pregnancy symptoms when your not at All ?, hi I’ve been having these symptoms for awhile since last year of august. I was wondering can endometriosis cause symptoms of pregnancy like nausea and fatigue and headaches , pelvic pain ect ?

I’ve taken tests and all negative ( tested around 4-7 weeks )

Has ultra sounds ct scans nothing indicates I’m pregnant X-rays ( good thing ) but. They did say I might have endo after looking at. The CT scan or ultrasound .. I’m like alittle scared if I were to be somehow pregnant and not know ( like cryptic 🙄 rare chance ). But people with endo can it feel like pregnancy ? I’d be about 16-17 weeks if I were to be prego ( pelvic pain and nausea. Uncomfortable going up stairs )
