Help please

I am 5’5 and 208lb I want to be 120lb before next year I am in cheer so I am very active I just don’t know what diet or workouts I should do I have been working out everyday since new year and I want to drop my belly fat fast.

This picture was last year and I am 190 in that

But now I and 208 I don’t feel very good about myself

I just want a new body and I can’t wear the clothes I love because they don’t look good and I get a boyfriend and I’m not able to fit in to some I’ve my clothes anymore

Please help me
