Hello,

Just did an ultrasound which confirmed my bilateral follicles have ruptured confirming ovulation . I am on Cycle day 18 today and asked to baby dance tomorrow ( day 19)

Apparantly I was doing it everyday and they said it’s better to do it alternative days for better quality sperm .

Need all the prayers for this cycle as it’s our last one before we start <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> next month . Pls keep me in your prayers and sending you all positive energy and prayers ! May this be the cycle for all of us trying !
