I took an ovulation test on CD 24 and got a strong positive and a faint pregnancy test. Can this be I am pregnant?

Because my ovulation strips out number my pregnancy test I decided to test for fun on CD 24, so I got a strong positive and it was unusual as my fertility window was closed a long time ago. So I decided to do a pregnancy test, and I saw a faint line. I haven't checked back again as today is CD 30 and my period is due in tow days, i am waiting to see if my period will start, if not, I will retest.
