Food dyes pass through milk?
I am currently breast feeding. If I eat something that’s got dye in it, my milk stays white. But I’ve noticed sometimes my baby’s poop changes color. I had a glass of red wine (did not breast feed while drinking so my milk did not contain alcohol when I started feeding again and confirmed with test strips) but his stool was a very dark color the next day, just wondering if this from the dye?
