My husband wants me to quit my job and stay at home with our 2.5-year-old. We also have a 7-year-old in school. I would love to quit my job and stay home but part of me worries that I’ll be at home a few months and wish I would have stayed working.

I have been both a working and stay-at-home so I know how they both go. I just worry this is my last child and I don’t want to miss out on the next two years I have with him until school starts. My husband makes enough financially to support us and have some extra for spending but my job carries the insurance so if I quit I will have to do private pay.

Has anyone else been in this situation before? It’s a lot to think about.
