Is my body trying to ovulate?
I have come off the pill mid November had a withdrawal bleed a week later. Then I cannot remember if I had a period after or not. I then started monitoring temps ends of December. I monitor at same time every day as soon as I wake but my temps are very variable. Is this due to coming off the pill/trying to ovulate?
The second temp the room was cold and so was I so not sure this is a accurate temp
