Did you know that if you apply Vicks Vapour Rub to your stomach it massively helps with cramps?!

Was having a real tough day, first day on my period and it was 3/4 days late which usually means it's going to be extra painful 😢 spent all day in bed.

Had a hot shower which always helps somewhat but second I'm out the shower the pain increases. Spotted the vicks, and thought huh... Why not give it a try 🤔 I'm not joking, since I've put that all over my stomach and a warm water bottle on (which normally would be far too cool to do anything!) my cramps have totally alleviated! Had a Google and apparently it's known to have such effects?! Did anyone else know this or is this a freaking gatekept secret 😱 honestly give it a try next time you're in pain!
