Please no judging . Is this a sign of early pregnancy? Period already happened and is done. Went to bathroom to pee a few mornings ago and this little pink discharge showed up on toilet paper. (Only one discharge spot that whole day) Now my pee was a little hot but I was dehydrated and I haven’t felt anything like that since I’ve been drinking more water
