Dating a guy. He works in alcohol production so it is his passion.

He’s always talking about beer. When he texts me, he’s usually telling me he’s having beers after work etc

Everytime we meet up, in early stages he would have 2 pints and then drive home.

When we cook at my house, he will be keen to open a bottle of wine. I will he still finishing my first glass and he would finish the bottle. Then open another one and the same thing will happen. He’s like ‘wow that’s drinkable!’

The other night he told me he had 2 bottles of wine at his mates house. Waited a couple hours and then drove home.

He also told me ‘I think I’d be an alcoholic if it wasn’t for the fact he only drank non alcoholic beers in the week.’ But then he’s always at the pub and telling me he’s drinking wine.
