Is this normal ? (35 weeks &4 days )

Can someone please help me who has had their baby recently or has had a baby before? I am experiencing kinda of a dull pain that is lightly sharp but is in my lower stomach area. And a day before the third of January I have been experiencing cramping and still have been for a few days now since then. And today I have seen some clear discharge in the shape of a circle. I can’t explain this that well but I have no idea what to do and I am kinda worried.
