plan b

i took a plan b on thanksgiving and got my period a week later. i haven’t had a period since then but i did have spotting in december. i’ve also had sex, but i’ve took multiple pregnancy tests and they’re negative. i know i’m not pregnant, but i’m just curious.. has this happened to others and how long was it before your body was back on track?
