Chickpeas smell bad
Help I’ve never used canned chickpeas but I’m short on time and wanted to make a salad. I opted for the canned chickpeas. They smell like cat food or tuna. I rinsed them well they are fine in colour and texture. The can is good for another 2 years. Is this normal??
