Any DIY-ers on here?

I bought a dresser off Facebook marketplace! It has a mirror with it. What would you guys to do “upgrade” it? Re-stain it, or re-paint it? 😋
Also, if I want to do either should I sand it or strip it? (that stripping stuff lol)

If you buy a good primer then no sanding will be needed if that’s what you want! My sister refinishes dressers and if you look up pottery barn paint/stain technique it’s beautiful and somewhat easy!

Its a stain on it so youd have to sand it. Id paint it and change the hardware.
