Eating yougurt that contain cultured milk during pregnancy ??

Hello ladies, today I ate yogurt till I am done I noticed that contain cultured milk , is that ok during pregnancy? It doesn’t say pasteurized just cultured milk , i hope I am safe . I am on 2nd trimester. Please any advice I am so worry about it . Thank and appreciate you.
