Week 7 journal entry
I’ve been really slacking with doing any sort of workout. I’ve been eating a lot and without a care and I’m starting to feel it affecting me emotionally. I blame the cold, the fear of a miscarriage or lack of energy but in reality of I keep giving excuses I know I’ll get depressed. My goal for this week is to be better and eat healthier and go at least 3x to the gym for mild workouts.
