I just noticed

As I’m getting my baby ready for bed, I lay him in his changing table to clean him up and put on a clean diaper. I clean his privates and I notice his skin underneath his penis is very irritated where it bother him as I tried cleaning it. This is my first boy I try to always wipe the area never too hard when I shower him I try to be gentle I’m not sure what it is and I can’t even look it up because idk how to describe exactly
