Hello!

I had a miscarriage over the New Year. I just found out I am ovulating...is it better to wait until after my first period following the miscarriage? I feel like it probably is but on the other hand I'm worried about getting pregnant again (I'm 38). To add I miscarried at 8 weeks and also I have had the all clear that the miscarriage is over. Thank you - any advice or stories welcome. X
