Hi everyone, I struggle with vaginismus. All my previous sexual partners always found me being tight to be a turn on even though it makes sex sore quite often. I am now married and I opened up to my husband, he has been very understanding and we've tried extensive foreplay and lube to help but it doesn't always help. My first sexual experience was not consensual and my doctor has mentioned that psychological factors can be a cause but that was 5 years ago.
