I think this answer depends for different people. A mechanic or butcher should probably shower closer to everday but personally, i am a disabled house wife. So every third day is good for me. I struggle to have the energy for a whole shower and even though im home cleaning/ taking care of pets, i have to take breaks often so i dont sweat alot. If you went to the gym Saturday morning im not sure I'd wait until monday to shower. So theres alot of factors for a question like this.

It depends on what you do, how your body is( do you sweat alot?, Etc) everyone is different but if you do a dirty job/ oily& sweaty easy then id shower more

I prefer taking a shower everyday because I don’t like getting into my bed at night without washing off all the germs that may have acquired on me throughout the day. Like if I go out in public, I know there’s a lot of germs, dust, bacteria etc. in the air. I especially can’t get in bed without cleaning my feet.
