I got off of the Mirena IUD about three months ago. That past two months I’ve had very heavy periods that will end after 4/5 days. Almost like clockwork four days after my period stops I start bleeding again and it’s usually like a darker brown/dark red color. Has anyone else experienced this and what causes it? I am actively trying to get pregnant and it’s getting frustrating
