5 weeks pregnant

I am 5 weeks pregnant and started levothyroxine 0.025 mg almost 8 weeks back. My tsh was not very high. It was around 4.5.

I am in canada and medical system is very bad here! My doctor comes only once a week and she adviced me to continue the same dose until my next blood results which will arrive after 2 weeks.

Do i increase my dosage or wait?

I am just worried of not getting a miscarriage or complications on my child. Plz advic
