Symptom - Red Hot Cheeks

I’m 19 weeks and experienced red hot flushed cheeks at night and starting to when I wake up. It is currently only on one side of my face. Hot to the touch splotchy. BP is great 112/76 this is night 3 of this symptom just wanna make sure I’m not alone and this is normal!!??

Google says hormones and increased blood flow but none of my friends have experienced this…
