Am I putting to much work on my body?
So today I went to work and I work ten hours and my body is on its feet for ten hours a day just one break for lunch ( 1 hour) and when I went pee before clocking out I saw this when I wiped. The picture make it look a little lighter than it was but it was a little dark than this. My body was hurting where I couldn’t even walk inside my house even now after a bath and warm shower I can’t even turn over in bed without my body sore or aching
