How to introduce peanuts to baby
What are your tips for introducing peanut butter to baby? My baby is seven months old and my doctor said the earlier the better to try to minimize the chance of having an allergy. I’ve given him most top allergy foods and we’ve been okay so far but peanut butter just has me nervous. I think I heard that it takes a couple exposures before there’s even a reaction maybe? How’d you do it? Thanks!!
