I dont understand whats happening..

I havent been this late since before my daughter was born. No extra stress. No changes to anything. 3 negative tests aswell. When i found out i was oregnant with my daughter i was 7 weeks 2 days, my hcg was at 4700. Im getting mixed signals on maybe im just too low to test. Ugh. My appointment cant come soon enough..
