Help!

I had this last night and it’s scared me a bit, I normally have my period which is a normal red but for the last 3/4 days it’s been super dark and slight clots? I’ve been feeling sick and very tired but I’ve done pregnancy tests and they’re negative? Has anyone else had similar? 😬😬
